Woman Child is a short film about a school teacher who is fired from her teaching job at a Christian High School, when she becomes pregnant out of wedlock. Much has changed in the last few thousand years, but the cultural narrative around female sexuality remains eerily the same and the problem started a few thousand years ago when “a virgin became pregnant.” Featuring the very talented Alexie Gilmore , Tone Bell, Toby Huss, James Handy ,and Lynne Marie Stewart. The film became an Official Selection of the Flickers Rhode Island International, and St. Louis International Film Festivals.
